• We are not responsible for entries NOT being received through this medium.

• You will receive confirmation with 48 hours by email from us. You will receive after hitting the submit button a message  to let you know the information has been sent, and is in no way a receipt that your entry was received by us.

• ALL CHARGES WILL BE MADE IN CANADIAN FUNDS

• The following admin Charges will be applied to your credit card. 15 %  of your TOTAL entry + GST on the Admin Fee

All Emails & Faxes

It will be the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that any electronic submission,

either, email, facsimile, or any document transmitted electronically, reaches the proper authority or recipient,

within the times and limits as regulated for each document in the CKC Rules & Regulations.

Sent fax receipts, and or, copies of sent emails, will not be taken as evidence of receipt by the recipients.
