CKC Rule Excepts Concerning Judge Changes

CKC Conformation Rules and Regulations Section 3.5.1

"…Any exhibitor DIRECTLY effected by this change and who wishes to remove their dog from competition Must report to the Show Secretary".

No less than ONE (1) hour prior to the judging of the BREED.

Notice of the withdrawal must be in writing. "All entry and listing fees shall be refunded."

CKC Conformation Rules and Regulations Section 8.5.8

In case of a Judge Change (substitute or overload), an exhibitor may enter a dog under the replacement judge providing that the dog is entered in one of the regular classes of a show being held at the same venue by the same club and has been assigned a competition number. A new entry form, along with accompanying fees, will be accepted by the Show Secretary up to one hour prior to the start of the show. (please refer to sections 3.3.1, 3.5.1 & 8.5.4)

CKC Rule - 3.4.2 A qualifying score earned under a substitute judge

will be considered as having been earned under the advertised judge
